My experience using the BodyBoss Ultimate Body Fitness Guide was pretty cool. I am a gym lover, because of the controlled temperature. My expectations were minimal. I love working out and did not think much about the task at hand. My expectations were met and exceeded! I loved not being dependent on my phone to know what exercise was next when trying to follow an exercise routine.
