For the month of February I will showing you all ways to slay red. Red has become a special color to me within the last few years and I am so excited I got over that fear. Let’s talk about this ruched red velvet skirt! I fell in love with this skirt from the moment I saw it. I was a little torn between dressing this velvet skirt up to make a sexy look or dressing it down with comfy shoes. I opted for comfort.
This outfit is the perfect chill outfit. The skirt is fitting so your curves get to pop. Then add the cropped funnel neck sweater (similar) that’s super soft with exaggerated arms. Finishing this look is my favorite pair of platform shoes. These shoes feel like clouds!
Style Notes: My sweater (similar) is true to size in an XL. My skirt has great stretch in a size 12. My platform shoes are true to size in a 10.
