• Transitioning the Little Black Dress to Fall

    Hey Curvies!!!

I am so happy to bring you all a little black dress that is Fall approved. If you are wondering what sets this LBD apart from others or how to keep those dresses in play for the Fall? You will have to keep reading to find out!

Little Black Dresses are my go-to for any occasion. When it’s Spring I usually add a cute little kimono. When it’s Summer I tend to shed the layers and add a statement necklace. But for Fall I love a good pair of booties and a light jacket to complete the look. But with this City Chic little black dress being layered with a polka dot overlay many of those things are not needed.

This City Chic little black dress can stand by itself or be accessorized and I love it. I could not decide if I wanted to pair it with a jacket, booties or both but with Memphis evening temperature still being over 80 degrees, I decided to go with some red booties and a statement handbag. I went with my favorite red earrings to complete this look.

Style Notes: I am wearing a size 18 in this little black dress, and the fit is perfect for my pregnant curves. I am wearing a size 10 in my red booties and they are true to size.
