Hey Curvies!!!

We had our baby shower on October 20, 2018 and it was everything I wanted. I remember talking to Peanut’s (A2) God mommies early on about the theme and how I was totally against a “Winter Wonderland” theme as well as a late November shower. I am so happy they let me have my way with having an “early” shower.

Now theme of the shower was up in the air. I really only knew I wanted it to be cute. After the God mommies, his dad, and myself went back and forth between themes we went with a “Glam Safari” theme. I was in love!!! We literally had one Pinterest photo and built the theme based off of it. I think we did an amazing job. There was gold animals, leaves, and sand everywhere and it was everything I could have hoped for and more.

Even though I was the “mommy to be” I had to have my hands in everything. We were able to set up the majority of the decorations the night before and finished up the afternoon before the shower. Because I was so hands on I ended up being an hour late to my own shower, but honestly I was so happy I knew what it looked like before the guest and tried not to beat myself up.

The items were purchased from Etsy, Amazon, Target, Dollar Tree, Hobby Lobby, JoAnn’s and Micheal’s. How do you think we did? Special thanks to Austin’s bestfriend Steve (IG here) for shooting some pictures during the shower. I was rushing and forgot my camera at home. Thankfully he was there and did an amazing job. Lastly, thank you to all of our family and friends that showered us with so much love at our baby shower. The feeling was indescribable.
