• The Perfect Shirt Dress

    Hey Curvies!!!

I am so happy to be bringing you all a new Fashion Friday post! I am the type of person that shops by her body type. Honestly, at this point I know what styles look great on my body and style to avoid. Until I gave a shirt dress one last try. I think it is funny that I tried this style at 8 months pregnant, because it could have went wrong.

Well this shirt dress is actually amazing! I love the material of this shirt dress. It is lightweight and breathable without being see-through. Did I mention it has pockets! You really cannot go wrong adding pockets to women’s clothing these days. I am looking forward to wearing this outfit to work, because it will definitely be a hit!

This shirt dress is a show stopper all by it self but I wanted to turn it up a notch. I added these sequin booties to elevate this shirt dress. This outfit went from being cute to being everything! I added tights (similar) because in my real life I would definitely wear tights and the tights did not take away from these pieces.

Style Notes: I am wearing a size large, 22/24 in this shirt dress. I originally ordered a medium, 18/20 but I wanted a loose look especially with a growing baby bump. My sequin booties are a size 11, I sized up because they are a little narrow. I made a great decision and they fit amazing. My tights (similar) are a size 5 and fit great!
