Hey Curvies!!!
As I said earlier this week (Monday) I am so happy to be back on my blog. I have had a lot going on especially with my blog being down for the lather of July. My goal was to finish off this series this week. So without further ado my third and final installment of “Suited Up.” This post is all about “Floral.” In this series I have showcased 3 suits (Stripes, Gold Details, and Floral) that are needed at some point in your life even if worn separately.
Last but certainly not least this suit from Addition Elle. This floral suit gives all of the dress up or dress down vibes. I was pleasantly surprised by the tailored-like fit of this suit. The blazer was perfect and hit a little pass my waist. I immediately fell in love with the white floral against the black back ground. This suit will transition well into Fall with a super cute pair of flats. The pants are tapered but not tight and I could see myself wearing them with white Converse and a plain white tee.
I opted to dress this suit up. I wanted to style this suit for a day in the office. Attending meetings all day and running from building to building calls for super comfortable heels and I always always opt for my trusty low block heels. These yellow block heels are everything. They feature a scallop design and zip up the back. I added my yellow fringe earrings for a little something extra.
Style Notes: I am wearing a size 1x in the blazer and a size 2x in the tapered pants. My yellow block heels are true to size in a 9w.
