• Mommy to the Max: Kid Free

    Hey Curvies!!!

I am excited to bring you all the last installment of this series! Again, I am fusing my ongoing “Mommy Monday” series with my monthly style series. As a new mommy my style has definitely changed. Over the Summer I found myself grabbing my sneakers more so than my super cute sandals. That is how this series was born mainly because I love these style of sneakers. But also as a mommy you have to be ready for whatever, if you have carry the carseat alone, pop the stroller up/down, or even rush to the bathroom to change a crying baby. So comfort and mobility has taken a lead in my life.

Mommies, what do you do when your kid(s) is/are away? Have fun, comfortable fun at that! I am so excited to share a look that is super fun and puts me at the “cool mom” status! This look is definitely for a Fall night out with the girls. Not the nice drinks and fancy bar girls not out no, this is the eating chicken wings and mixed drinks type of girls not out! This is an easy going outfit that is also super comfy.

I really loved these Air Max 270 Reacts since first glance and actually saved these for last. I went with a turtleneck sweater that is lightweight yet, warm. When you are out with your girls carrying jackets and coats is not okay. I went with some distressed jeans (similar) because they are super casual and keeps this outfit fun. The finishing touch on this outfit was my small handbag that converts into a crossbody. A small handbag with the option to be a crossbody is perfect for a night out. You do not have to worry about losing your bag at the end of the night.

Style Notes: My Air Max 270 Reacts are super comfy and true to size in a women’s 10. My turtleneck sweater is in a size 2x, I wanted an oversize look. My distressed jeans (similar) are true to size in a 18.
