Hey Curvies!!!
The month of May was about the series “Send Neutrals.” This series was really for me to brace myself for the color I will be bring in the coming months. If you are not really into color but love super cute clothes, this series was for you! I am excited that you all came along as I took on neutrals. Now whether you choose to some super cute neutral bottoms or a neutral statement puff sleeve top I am sure there was something for you in this series! Lets get into this yellow dress.
My last “Sending Neutrals” post is all about yellow. Now I must admit I had not idea yellow was considered a neutral until I asked the fashion gawds (Google) and my Facebook family. Then I instantly remembered styling yellow with the obvious black, white, red, and blue! Then I thought of the prints that yellow looks great with and boom this post was born!
I have been loving on yellow for the past few years but finding this yellow dress made me realize that yellow is a color I enjoy wearing. The theme all of my posts this month was keeping my styling simple to let the color flourish. Yellow was no different. I went with my new gold earrings and gold bangles. Lastly, I opted for my light tan block heels. I forgot how comfortable these shoes were.
Style Notes: I am wearing a size 1x in this yellow dress and it true to size. This dress had a split up the back and I had it sewn up. My light tan block heels are also true to size in a 10.
