I am so excited to be bringing you all a brand new Fashion Friday post! If you are new here this is an ongoing series outside of my themed Wednesday posts. Fashion Friday’s are all about whatever I decide to create. And I am usually super excited about the outfit or sometimes even trying something new. Can we get into this navy blue dress and tortoiseshell?!
This navy blue dress and tortoiseshell outfit is one of my favorites! For the longest I swooned over a pair of tortoiseshell sandals and when I finally decided I loved them, they were sold out. So when I found these tortoiseshell block heels I rushed to purchase. I am either a print girl or a bright girl so loving tortoiseshell is new for me.
After first finding this navy blue dress and looking at the buttons in person, I instantly knew my tortoiseshell block heels would be perfect. Then I decided to look for a tortoiseshell handbag, that was not an easy task. Most handbags were to bright or just too big. Luckily, I did not give up because this tortoiseshell handbag is a perfect match with my block heels. I kept my accessories simple with gold earrings and gold bangles.
Style Notes: My navy blue dress is true to size in a 1x. My tortoiseshell block heels are also true to size in a 10.
