I am so excited to be bringing you all a brand new Fashion Friday post! If you are new here this is an ongoing series outside of my themed Wednesday posts. Fashion Friday’s are all about whatever I decide to create. And I am usually super excited about the outfit or sometimes even trying something new. Let’s get into this charcoal ruched dress!
I am a huge fan of ruching! I love when a garment creates effortless contouring! I saw the cream version of this charcoal ruched dress on Lenix and I knew I had to have it. It is perfection! This charcoal ruched dress is completely ruched under the bust to the hem. I have never seen a dress quite like this but I ecstatic about it.
I wanted this charcoal ruched dress to take center stage while also styling it. I added my favorite faux leather jacket (similar). My favorite detail is the checkered pattern on the sleeves. I then added my black booties because the block heel is sturdy and comfortable. I decided to go with large silver hoops and silver bangles to complete this outfit.
Style Notes: I am wearing a size 1x in this charcoal ruched dress and it is true to size. My faux leather jacket (similar) is also true to size in a XL. My booties are an 11, I always size up in booties and boots.
