Hey Curvies!!!!
I am super excited to announce that Denzel of Denzel Alexander and I are bringing you all a brand new “Fall Plus 2021” series for the month of October. We will be styling black looks of course with our personal styles in mind. I love the fact that our styles are different yet we definitely proudly represent our respective plus size spaces. Denzel and I are super excited to be bringing you all another four-part series. Third up we are styling leisure black!
Athleisure is defined as, a type of hybrid clothing, is a fabricated style of clothing typically worn during athletic activities and in other settings, such as at the workplace, at school, or at other casual or social occasions. Nothing about leisurewear screams lazy or unkempt. This two-piece sets screams athleisure goodness! The cropped top sweatshirt looks recreational and is super comfortable. The wide-legged pants have a bit of structure but are comfortable.
Styling this set (top, bottoms) was pretty cool. I did not have to think too hard about this look. I went with platform sneakers because they are super comfortable. I added my grey coat to elevate this look and it created a whole new vibe. I then completed styling with large grey hoops and silver bangles.
Style Notes: With my two-piece set, my top is a large and fits perfectly and my bottoms are a size XXL and I sized up for length. My platform sneakers are true to size in a 10. My grey goat is also true to size in a 1x.
