I am so excited to bring you all the last of my series for May “Melanin in Yellow”. This series will featured creative ways to wear and style yellow! In this series I created a look with another showstopping blazer and an amazing colorblock outfit. Let’s get into this yellow pants set!
This set initially was purchased for a beach vacation and when that fell through I knew that it still work in the real world. The entire yellow set is a close knit fabric that kinda plays peekaboo with the skin. I wore a high waist brief underneath and did not feel naked at all. I loved how bright the yellow was and honestly on my skin it made my glow!
Styling this yellow set was pretty easy. As previously mentioned underneath I wore a high waist brief. I opted for a solid white crop top. Now accessorizing was fun because yellow and orange go perfect together. I love, love, love wearing these orange tassel earrings and my orange block heel sandals matched so well.
Style Notes: I am wearing a size 3XL in this yellow set, which is equivalent to a size 18. My crop top is true to size in an XL. My sandals are also true to size in a 10.
