How to Style a Chartreuse Tropical Print Dress

June 18, 2025

Hey Curvies!!!

We’re back with the second look in my Color Me Chartreuse series, and this one is bringing island energy with city girl confidence. This tropical print dress is a total showstopper, between the tropical swirl of chartreuse, blue, and green and the flattering silhouette, it’s giving vacay vibes.

This series is all about bold, bright, and unapologetically vibrant looks featuring one of my favorite statement colors: chartreuse! So far, I’ve styled a body-hugging maxi and now this printed slinky midi, and trust me each piece brings its own flair to the mix.

Let’s Talk About This Dress!

This tropical print dress is that girl! The fabric is super soft with a nice stretch, and the draped cowl neckline adds just the right amount of sexy without doing too much. The blend of chartreuse, blue, and green creates this dreamy, abstract print that’s eye-catching without being overwhelming.

The fit? Perfection. I’m wearing a size large, and it hugs the body in the best way, accentuating curves while keeping it classy. Whether you’re headed to brunch, an outdoor party, or just want to turn heads on the sidewalk, this tropical print dress is a whole vibe.

The Accessories: Sky Blue + Cobalt Pop

Now let’s get into these cobalt block heels. Curvies… they were made for this tropical print dress. The bold color pulls out the blues in the print and adds a bit of structure to the overall flowy vibe. Plus, the block heel makes them comfy enough to wear all day.

To tie it all together, I added a light blue mini bag for that final pop. It’s clean, playful, and contrasts the bolder colors beautifully. My favorite part? The matching printed headscarf. It adds just the right amount of drama and turns the look into a full-on moment.

Style Notes

I’m wearing a size large in the tropical print dress, true to size and super stretchy. The cobalt block heels are a size 10 and truly comfortable. My mini bag adds the perfect finishing touch and holds just the essentials.
