I am wearing a dress as a skirt and one of my favorite peplum tops. I fell in love with this dress and saved it in my shopping cart. After a few weeks the dress price began to reduce, then it went as low as $12.70 and I jumped on it. The dress was very short, but was the perfect midi length skirt.
