Curvaceously Bee

Balancing everything with style and grace.

Blog Today, Gone Tomorrow

February 5, 2025

Hey Curvies!!!

If you don’t know I lost my mom unexpectedly December 2023. Prior to my mom’s passing I felt like I was managing everything seamlessly. I did a great job balancing motherhood, anxiety, friendships, family, blogging, and dating. After my mom’s passing my once thick mental rope quickly became a thread. The only things that I can truly pause without cause are dating and blogging. So bear with me as I gather the space to do something I once needed.

This blog post is not an apology for my absence but I am asking for extension of grace as I find my way into this space. You all have truly been missed and I can’t wait to share my monthly color based series with you all. This month is all about black!

Now, remember if I take a break it’s not for forever but what is needed. Continue to reach out in my DMs I appreciate that so much. Check out the style notes for outfit details.

Style Notes ~ I am wearing a size XL in this cropped blazer, this blazer does not have any stretch, true to size. I am wearing a size extra-small in this white top, I ordered this size by mistake luckily it fit. This shirt has a lot of stretch but after a wash it is more fitted, a size large would have been great. My jeans are a size 15, I’m typically a size 14 plus but after the reading reviews I opted to size down. My cream booties are true to size in a 11.
