Orange Smocked Skirt

Hey Curvies!!!

I’m back and I hope you all missed me. If I’m being honest, life has been kicking my ass. Like for real. But I have been fighting back and I have a brand new series for you all “Orange You Glad” because honey I am glad to be in the mood okay! This series will feature orange themed looks from a form fitting skirt, some sexy orange accessories, and a gorgeous orange dress. Second up is this beautiful orange smocked skirt!

I am so obsessed with anything shirred/smocked and this orange form-fitting skirt is no different. This skirt is actually a part of a set but I wanted to try my hand at styling a graphic crop top again. Styling anything graphic can get cheesy really fast, so its taking me some time to perfect it. Mission accomplished! I saw this vibrant orange skirt set and knew it would fit my curves perfectly. It totally did!

Styling this orange form-fitting skirt was easy as pie! I knew I wanted a graphic crop top to add dimension to create a cohesive look. This crop top has splashes of yellow and reds. The gorgeous colors allowed me to add big yellow earrings and my new favorite orange sunnies. I completed this look with my bucket bag (similar) and black platform sandals. How did I do?

Style Notes: I am wearing a size XL in this orange form-fitting skirt. This skirt is super stretchy but if you size down you will lose a lot of walking clearance. My graphic crop top is a size XL and is true to size. My black platform sandals are true to size in a 10.
