Hey Curvies!!!
I’m so excited to continue the True to Blue series—where I’m exploring how to style blue in ways that feel effortless, bold, and true to my personal style. This series has really been about showing how versatile blue can be, whether you’re dressing it up, keeping it casual, or mixing it with unexpected pieces.
From denim moments to stripes and statement dresses, each look has brought something different. Last up? This navy jogger and white top combo an easy, elevated look that came together better than I imagined.
I loved these pieces individually, but I wasn’t 100% sure how they would work together. I ordered both and hoped for the best. Curvies, it came together so good! These joggers are everything. They’re not the typical jersey material, which means they actually hold their shape and feel a bit more elevated. And that tapered ankle? Such a subtle detail, but it makes a difference. As for the top, I originally thought it was a halter, but it’s actually more of a tube top with a sash detail and I love it! It almost gives the illusion of a vest, which worked perfectly because I’ve been on the hunt for a good vest moment.
Styling this look ended up being so easy. When you start with pieces you already love, everything else falls into place. I added my colorful platforms (yes, I’ve had these for years) and a light blue handbag for a soft pop of color to tie everything together.
Style Notes: I’m wearing a size XL in the joggers and they fit true to size. My white top is a size XL and fits comfortably with a flattering shape, I wish it was a size large. My platforms are true to size in 10.
