I’m so excited to continue another annual style series—True to Blue. This series is all about leaning into blue in ways that feel bold, effortless, and true to my personal style. From statement pieces to everyday looks, we’re exploring how versatile and powerful blue can be when styled with intention.
Throughout this series, I’ll be sharing how I style a super cute blue fitted dress, create a cool, effortless look with camo cargos and blue stripes, and a chic take on blue joggers that unexpectedly became one of my favorite outfits. Second up? This blue stripes and camo moment—a combination that feels unexpected but works so well.
Now if you know me, you already know… camo is a neutral in my book. And this look is proof.
I love a good online find, and after discovering the perfect camo jorts, I knew I had to find the perfect camo pants to match that energy. I’ve collected camo pieces over the years jackets, joggers, and everything in between but these pants? A dream. The zipper details that allow the leg to open up and create a wider silhouette had me sold instantly. You know I love anything wide-leg.
Styling this look fit perfectly into the series. I knew I wanted to incorporate blue in a way that felt effortless, so I paired the pants with this cropped blue striped top and it was exactly what the look needed. I wanted the accessories to feel fun but still balanced, so I added blue light glasses to bring the color upward without overdoing it. To keep everything grounded, I finished the look with white accessories—a handbag I’ve had for years and white thong wedge sandals that pulled everything together seamlessly.
Style Notes: I’m wearing a size 1X in these camo pants. I added elastic in the back for a better fit at the waist. My blue striped crop top is a size medium and fits perfectly. My white thong wedge sandals are true to size in a 10.
